Jill Dean was hired by Magic-Wrighter in 1994 when she was the company’s main customer service representative providing support and training to all of the company’s financial institutions and the financial institutions’ customers. Additionally, she has assisted in the development, installation and training on the products and services that the company offers. In 2009, Jill was promoted to Customer Relations Officer where she supervised the day-to-day operations of the company. Today, she is the Chief Operations Officer. In this position, Jill works with all her fellow Officers and Managers ensuring daily operations of the company run smoothly. She is also an integral part of working with the Software Design and Development Manager in creation, deployment and impact of projects for the company. In addition, Jill also chairs the Project Review & Approval Committee and participates in the Risk Assessment Committee and Business Continuity Committee.
