Robert G. Wright
Robert G. WrightPresident/CEO

Robert Wright is the founder of Magic-Wrighter, Inc. which he formed in 1982. Bob developed some of the first online banking applications in the nation and has been a leader in payment processing technology. His path includes banking operations and management of two major financial institution data centers. Bob currently serves as the President and CEO of Magic-Wrighter and actively participates in several roles including strategic planning, project development, risk management, and business continuity. Bob is a family man and enjoys spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Tracy Jesser
Tracy JesserChief Financial Officer

Tracy Jesser joined Magic-Wrighter in 1984, leading customer support and product implementation, plus accounting duties. Tracy now holds the position of Chief Financial Officer where she oversees the Accounting Department and internal audit procedures. She also participates in strategic planning, risk management, business continuity, and functions as chair of the Audit Committee.

Jeffrey Dean
Jeffrey DeanSenior Sales & Marketing Officer

In 2002, Jeff Dean came on to lead Magic-Wrighter’s customer training and product support. Jeff also provided ACH education to new and existing customers as well as cross-selling ACH solutions to our banking partners. Jeff is now our Senior Sales & Marketing Officer and responsible for oversight of all sales and marketing activities for Magic-Wrighter. He also has active roles in project management and chairs the business continuity committee.

Jill Dean
Jill DeanChief Operations Officer

Jill Dean joined Magic-Wrighter in 1994 as the primary representative for customer service, training, and deployment. With rapid company growth, Jill’s role was expanded in 2009 to Customer Relations Officer where she supervised a team of customer support reps. Today, she is the Chief Operations Officer and ensures all daily operations of the company function smoothly. Jill also plays an integral part advising on software design and development, plus project deployments. Jill chairs the Project Review & Approval Committee and participates in risk management and business continuity.

Chris Jesser
Chris JesserInformation Technology Officer

In 1982, Chris Jesser joined with Robert Wright to help develop the company’s initial software programs, oversee daily operations, and customer service. As the Lead Software Developer, Chris played an important role in all product implementations and technical support. Along the way, Chris took on the position of Network Administrator and eventually Information Technology Officer, the position which he currently holds. As ITO, Chris oversees the development and implementation of the company’s communication and data systems, assists with the implementation of new systems and oversees security measures. Chris also participates in project review, business continuity, strategic planning, and he Chairs the Risk Assessment Committee.
